Creating a High-Performance Organisation

With all that is happening in today’s world, organisations need employees who not only practice IQ and EQ, but also possess high RQ. RQ stands for the Resilience Quotient, which is the ability to bounce back from failures and cope with undesirable outcomes.

Following a very engaging session in June 2017, Dr. Indigo Triplett, CEO of 4-D Performance will be back with us on 17 August 2017 to discuss how your organisation can build resilience. This workshop will cover optimal behaviour, thoughts and actions that can be cultivated in and by everyone to create a positive individual and corporate impact. Dr. Triplett will argue that each of us can choose to become an invaluable resource of our organisations.

This event will be beneficial not only for HR practitioners, C-level executives and team leads, but also individuals who want to grow in their careers.
