Leadership Series: Women CEOs Speak

Ms. Alicia Yi, Managing Director of Korn Ferry’s Asia Pacific Consumer Market will be our guest speaker for the Chamber's Leadership Series event on 29 June 2018.

Drawing insights from her own experiences, Alicia will share career strategies for female executives and how companies can pave the way to true workplace diversity and inclusion

Using findings from a recent piece of research on the common personal attributes and workplace experiences that prepare women to become CEOs, she will discuss the following:

• What can we learn from the successful women featured in the research?
• What motivated them?
• How did they overcome organisational barriers and what other factors helped their path to the top?

  Ms. Alicia Yi is the Managing Director of Korn Ferry’s Asia Pacific Consumer Market. Based in Singapore, she is also member of the Board & CEO Services Practice.

Ms. Yi brings to Korn Ferry a strong human capital consultancy background. In her current position, she works closely with global and regional multinational companies to build and develop high performing leadership teams.

Earlier in her career, Ms. Yi was with Towers Perrin as compensation specialist in Singapore and Chicago, and worked with Swiss Bank Corporation (SBC) as International HR leader based out of Zurich.


Ms. Yi is an active member of the Young President Organization (YPO). She is also a frequent speaker on leadership, human capital strategy and diversity & inclusion. 

Ms. Yi received a bachelor’s degree in economics from Northwestern University in Illinois, USA.
