  Sapna Chadha is currently the Director and Head of Marketing for Google India and the region of Southeast Asia. In her role as Chief Marketing Officer of Google India & SEA, she is responsible for all of Google’s marketing initiatives including brand & strategy, consumer marketing, B2B marketing and acquisition growth, and more.

She leads a team that is focused on bringing the best of Google to these markets driving growth of Google's products as well as revenue. She also leads ecosystem shaping initiatives such as Google's Internet Saathi program in India which aims to eradicate the significant digital gender gap by creating change agents across rural India. Prior to leading marketing at Google, Sapna was the Head of Small Business Marketing for Google India.


Before joining Google, Sapna worked with American Express in different geographies and left as Vice President of Marketing and Chief Marketing Officer of American Express in India. She started her career with Deloitte Consulting in New York and worked across multiple industries with a focus on strategy and business process re-engineering. Sapna's core strength lies in creating integrated, multi-channel marketing and customer experience strategies to elevate brand awareness, increase consumer engagement, deliver exponential conversion and sales uplift.

Sapna completed her masters in Marketing, receiving her MBA from the Kellogg School of Management. She is a proud mother to six year old twins who keep her on her toes.
