Driving HR Automation

C-suite executives and HR Directors and professionals are invited to join us for a
Chinese New Year Luncheon on 28 February 2018 to gain insights to the latest HR automation trends.

Today's increasingly complex and disruptive business environment has resulted in a distinct shift in HR, from people administration management to strategic human resource planning. HR professionals are expected to take on a strategic, business advisory role with a focus on implementing initiatives such as talent management and employee engagement.

To achieve this, businesses across both MNCs and SMEs sectors are turning to technology to address repetitive, time-consuming and labour-intensive HR tasks. Automation, mobility and analytical tools are also adopted to allow HR teams to provide insights on talent trends and skills gaps to the organisation to help them align their business, innovation and HR strategies.

Our guest speakers, Mr Gavin Chng, Head, Global HRIT & Compliance, APL Logistics, will share his company's recent HR transformation journey which has resulted in improved productivity and better employee engagement, followed by Mr Munish Sherwani, Executive Director, Eastern Insurance Agency, who will touch on his experience using cloud technology and how it has enabled increased work productivity for his business.

Key Learning Points:

• Which HR functions should be automated?
• What are the benefits of HR automation?
• What organisations are doing to keep up with HR technological trends
• How can your organisation embark on HR automation and what resources are required to do so?
• What are the challenges keeping up with HR automation in a SME business and how can these be overcome?

Participants can also look forward to lo-hei and a sumptous buffet lunch at this event.
