Using Artificial Intelligence To Detect Cyber Attacks

C-Suite executives, CISOs, CIOs, Heads of IT Security and IT Security Managers are invited to join us for lunch on 7 February 2018.

Guest speaker Mr Max Heinemeyer, Director of Threat Hunting, Darktrace will demonstrate how artificial intelligence (AI) is being applied to detect and respond to cyber threats in companies of all sizes and sectors.

Created by mathematicians, Chamber member Darktrace leverages machine learning and AI to catch all manner of threats, including 'unknown unknowns’ and insider threats. A force multiplier, machine learning technology augments security teams to detect and respond to genuine threats in real time.

We have also invited Mr Manish Madan, Head of IT, Canadian International School to share how his organisation has strengthened their cyber defense using machine learning and AI.

Key takeaways from this session include:

• How AI detects unknown threats and unusual activity missed by other security tools
• How machine learning responds to threatening anomalies in a network as they emerge
• How a 3D graphical interface helps to visualise the network and enable security analysts to prioritise threats
Case study from a company whose cyber defense has been strengthened by machine learning and AI
