Building An Enlivening Culture for Breakthrough Performance

Some organisational cultures enable people to thrive and do extraordinary work. Some do the opposite. Which does your organisational culture do?

Culture is one of those things which usually gets less attention amidst more urgent business activities. However, it has a huge impact on your performance, productivity, customer service quality, staff retention, resilience and innovation potential.

We will review the state of employees in Singapore; unpack what organisational culture is; understand the business case for an enlivening, positive, mindful culture and participate in practical exercises you can take away and practise in your organisations. This will be an experiential and interactive session.

This session is suited for leaders at all levels as well as professionals in leadership development, human resources, organisational development, learning and development as well as other change agents who are committed to building a more vibrant culture in their organisations.
