Understanding Regional Employment Law & Employee Mobility

Continued economic growth in Asia Pacific has resulted in an increase in employee mobility, particularly those at senior levels, as companies capitalise on the region’s growth opportunities.

Companies often grapple with the complexities of managing cross-border movement of employees and the challenges of implementing an appropriate international mobility model.
Expert speakers from Ashurst LLP will share insights on regional employment law issues affecting Singapore-based companies and the international mobility of senior employees. Attendees can also look forward to learning more about:
• the diversity of employment law regimes across the region, particularly with respect to termination rights;
• examples of common employment law issues faced by employers entering new markets in Asia;
• challenges in setting consistent employment policies and practices across the Asia-Pacific region and
• choosing and implementing the correct international mobility model
