Expatriate Living Costs in Singapore

This is an annually updated guide on the cost of living of expatriate families in Singapore, providing information on some essential topics like Education, Medical Expenses, and Transportation. It also includes the Expatriate Consumer Price Index (ECPI), based on a survey conducted in November each year. The ECPI is a statistical measure of average changes over time in the prices of a fixed basket of goods and services commonly consumed by expatriate households.
This publication is much sought after by expatriates and human resource practitioners for job placement of foreign executives, as well as members of the Chamber and foreign diplomats in Singapore.
The 2016 edition costs S$22 per copy for members and S$35 for non-members.  There will be an additional charge for postage and packing which will be advised on receipt of your order.
