How do companies like Google, LinkedIn, Disney, Apple and Zappos establish such powerful branding? Our guest speaker on 6 June, Ashok Miranda, Founder and Chief Creative Officer of Transmedia, shared that creating an exemplary company culture is the key to developing a strong brand.

Drawing insights from his extensive experience, Ashok elaborated on the ADCEPCE Process – a 7-step blueprint that he developed for culture transformation. An integral step to kickstart this process involves analysing the DNA and identifying the purpose of the company. This overarching purpose will then serve as a guide for how the company, employee, product and customer codes are developed.
